PLUSH LIMO was born from a clear need in the transportation industry. Travelers were tired of long waits, inconsistent ride-share experiences, and impersonal service. Our founder recognized a niche for clients who wanted something better—a familiar, trustworthy chauffeur, a spotless luxury vehicle, and early, reliable arrivals. At the center of PLUSH LIMO is a man whose vision goes far beyond luxury vehicles and polished service. Alex Pascal, CEO and founder, built his company on something deeper—connection, trust, and the belief that every client should feel like family.

For Alex, PLUSH wasn’t created just to fill a gap in Charlotte’s transportation market. It was created to build something that lasts—a business rooted in relationships, where clients know they can count on familiar faces, genuine care, and consistent excellence for years to come.

But long before he was a CEO, Alex was—and still is—a devoted father. His greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his two boys, Aris and Aiden, who inspire his drive and remind him daily of the legacy he’s building.

Alex also has a big heart for animals, especially dogs. His rescue pup, Choo-choo, is proof of that compassion. Whether he’s laughing with his sons, caring for his dog, or connecting deeply with his clients-turned-friends, Alex brings authenticity and warmth into everything he does.

Aris
Full of energy and adventure, Aris loves riding his dirt bike, battling it out on Fortnite, and joining his dad on the golf course. He brings excitement and curiosity to the family—always ready for a new challenge.

Aiden
Creative and expressive, Aiden enjoys drawing, designing, and making his own TikToks. He’s the imaginative spirit of the family, always finding new ways to bring ideas to life.
